Hello, please can U send me factory firmware version of this camera. I upgraded 2 of my ls cs3 camera with the latest v380 firmware software and my cameras are now giving false alarm notifications every minute rendering the camera useless. The PTZ horizontal control is also malfunctioning. I regret the upgrade..can you guide me on how to go about the downgrade. Thank you
